Vietnamese students win prizes at Intel ISEF 2013

Vietnamese students won two fourth prizes at the 2013 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) in the fields of electricity and mechanics, and materials and biotechnology.
Vietnamese students won two fourth prizes at the 2013 IntelInternational Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) in the fields ofelectricity and mechanics, and materials and biotechnology.

Thewinning students include Tran Ngoc Chau, Nguyen Phuong Duy and TruongNhut Cuong from the Le Hong Phong Gifted High School in Ho Chi MinhCity , and Vu Mai Huong, Hoang Trong Nam Anh and Do Thuy Linh from theHanoi-Amsterdam Gifted High School in Hanoi .

Intel ISEF2013 held in the US drew the participation of about 1,600contestants from over 70 countries and territories across the world.

This was the fifth time that Vietnamese team participated in the contest.

Last year, Vietnamese students won the first prize in the field of electricity and mechanics.-VNA
