HCM City (VNA) - Anphabe, a career network of management professionals, and market research firm INTAGE Vietnam recently announced the list of 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam for last year.

Vinamilk gained top spot followed by Nestlé Vietnam, Viettel, Vietcombank, Coca-Cola Vietnam, and Samsung.

The survey measures employers’ brand attractiveness by polling employees.

This year Anphabe and INTAGE Vietnam did the annual Vietnam Best Places to Work Survey by measuring the brands of 674 enterprises in 25 industries.

In a new category called the Future Ready Enterprise Award, Vinamilk, AIA Life Insurance (Vietnam), Hoa Binh Construction Group, ABB LTD, and KMS Technology were the winners.

It is based on companies’ readiness to change, employee capabilities for the future and the management role of leaders.

Another new category has been instituted this year to honour the TOP 50 Vietnamese enterprises in terms of brands.

The winners were Vingroup, FE Credit, PNJ, Nutifood, FPT Software, Hoan My Medical Corporation, and FLC Group.

The survey also features 50 in-depth interviews with CEOs and human resource officials from leading companies.

Now its fifth year, it has become a prestigious source of information for human resources trends in Vietnam, Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe, said.
The accompanying activities offer an opportunity for company executives to learn, share experiences and improve their workforce, she said.

Anphabe and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry on March 22 launched the Asia HRD Awards in the country.

The awards honour individuals who have significantly impacted or influenced society and the HR community in the area of human development.

Launched as an independent initiative in 2003, the awards have now become a prestigious annual event that honours more than 200 recipients in 20 countries.

The awards are given in five categories: Lifetime Achievement, Contribution to Society, Contribution to Organisation, Contribution to HR Community, and Movers & Shakers.

Pham Chi Lan, former General Secretary and Vice President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is one of the five members of the jury.

The awards will be announced next October.-VNA
