Viglacera named among top 10 best industrial real estate developers

Hanoi (VNA) - Viglacera Corporation JSC, a leading real estate and building materials group in Vietnam, said it has been namedin the top 10 best industrial real estate developers in 2022.

The award was given to the firm at a recent ceremonyhonouring leading real estate companies in 2022-2023 organised by Reatimes – an online real estate magazine in Vietnam, and the Vietnam Institute of RealEstate Studies (VIRES) under the sponsorship of the Vietnam National RealEstate Association.

This is the second consecutive year Viglacera hasbeen awarded the title, affirming its firm position in industrial real estate.

It has attracted 300 domestic and foreignbusinesses, with total foreign investment amounting to over 16 billion USD,including capital from such big names as Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display,Amkor, Hyosung, Orion, Lock&Lock, BYD, Iljin Diamond and Foxconn.

With more than 20 years of experience, Viglacera hasinvested in 12 industrial park projects covering 4,000 hectares, of which 11are located in Vietnam and another in Cuba.

The corporation said it aims to become amultinational business, focusing on the two core areas of producingconstruction materials and developing real estate projects./.

The project aims to effectively tap the area’s natural landscapes, geographical advantages and distinctive historical value, while creating a high-quality tourism product with strong competitiveness.
