Viglacera Corporation will export ceramic products to the Indonesian market under a contract that is worth around 8 million USD a year, according to the corporation.
The first import-export contract was inked between the corporation and PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (Arwana) Company - the leading group in building materials in Indonesia.
According to Viglacera, the signing took place during the State-level visit to Indonesia by President Truong Tan Sang on June 27-28.
Vietnam and Indonesia have agreed to strive for bilateral trade surpassing 5 billion USD by 2015 and 10 billion USD by 2018.
Economic cooperation between the two countries has also yielded positive results with two-way trade exceeding 4.6 billion USD in both 2011 and 2012 despite the gloomy global economic situation.
In the first six months of this year, the two countries enjoyed two-way trade of about 2.1 billion USD.-VNA
