Phu Yen is the largest rice producing province in Vietnam’s south-central region and known as a rice granary. Visitors to the province during the harvest season in September will have the chance to witness the shimmering gold of vast rice fields.

Lying on the south central coast of Vietnam, Phu Yen province is endowed by nature with a peaceful and romantic environment that has attracted many visitors.
The central province of Phu Yen is now home to nearly 20,000 Cham people who are mainly living in Dong Xuan, Son Hoa and Song Hinh districts, and have well preserved their culture and customs.
