Artists of the Fine Arts Associations of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia gathered in Vientiane on May 26 to seek further cooperation.
They shared their experience in developing contemporary fine arts with traditional identity, contributing to strengthening friendship and mutual understanding among the three countries’ peoples and painters.
The event also aimed to popularise each country’s fine arts and provide mutual support in exhibitions, seminars and creativity as well as fine arts-related activities.
Painter Tran Khanh Chuong, President of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association (VFAA) said that VFAA would continue assisting artists in creating art works.
On the occasion, VFAA presented insignias to artists and officials of the Lao Fine Arts Association./.
