The gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, were handed over to ten AO victims in Bach Thong district.
On the occasion, the Bac Kan provincial Association of AO Victims doled out 30 million VND for 100 victims, each receiving 300,000 VND.
Bac Kan is home to 1,223 AO victims, nearly half of whom have yet to get AO subsidies from the State./.
