The gifts, each worth 500,000 - 1 million VND, were handed over to 15 families in Thanh Hoa’s Dong Son and Quang Xuong districts.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Thanh Hoa province has received over 1 billion VND in support for AO victims from individuals and organisations.
The locality is home to 23,000 AO victims, nearly half of whom have yet to get AO subsidies./.
