The Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and the Serbian National News Agency Tanjug have signed a news cooperation agreement, aiming to further promote mutual understanding between Vietnamese and Serbian people.
VNA General Director Nguyen Duc Loi and Tanjug Deputy Director Maja Vojinovic Jovanovic inked the document on the sidelines of the 15th General Assembly of the Organisation of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA) in Moscow, Russia, on September 20.
VNA and Tanjug will, therefore, exchange their news in texts, photos and videos free of charge along with assisting each other’s reporters, exchanging delegations and consulting together at regional and international forums.
The VNA and Tanjug managers expressed their hope that the agreement will allow their agencies to update news on each country in a faster and more precise manner, opening up more cooperation opportunities for the two countries.-VNA
