Wanted Chinese swindler arrested in Ho Chi Minh City
The police in Ho Chi Minh City have arrested a Chinese national who is
being wanted by the police in China’s Guangdong province for
swindling.

According to the Criminal Hunting Police Department (C52B) under the Public Security Ministry, Zhang Bing Zhao, 37, residing in Guangdong, swindled a bank out of 98 million RMB (over 15 million USD).
On December 30, 2013, the Guangdong police issued an arrest warrant against Zhang, who then escaped to Vietnam.
Zhang was found hiding in a house in An Duong Vuong street in ward 3, district 5, Ho Chi Minh City, when arrested.
He will be handed over to the Chinese police on December 17.-VNA
