Biomass fuel is now reigning the clean energy scene for its versatility and easy to make. Wood shavings, tree tops and branches and other discarded wood chips are compressed and pressed to create the desired shape.

To catch up with the growing demand, Bao Chau wood processing company is now running at full speed to produce wood pellets to satisfy vibrant markets such as Republic of Korea, Japan. Recently, the company has received more than 2.2 million USD in terms of investment to increase the production to 30,000 tons per year.

Production of wood pallets requires replantation of forests; therefore it is a sustainable practice in both protecting the environment and enhance the economic stability of the locality.-VNA
