The fourth National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs’ Association (VYEA) took place in Hanoi on Dec. 26, with 600 young entrepreneurs nationwide taking part.
Delegates reviewed VYEA’s operations over the past three years, adopted the amended and supplemented regulations and an orientation for its activities for the 2011-2014 term, and discussed the debut of VYEA Central Committee and its leaders.
On the evening of the same day, VYEA presented Red Star awards to 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs and launched a programme to call on young entrepreneurs to help the poor.
Earlier, on Dec. 25, the VYEA Central Committee coordinated with Thanh Giong Intellectual Gate and the National Economics University to host an exchange entitled, “Young entrepreneurs – How to embark on a career and find keys to success” in Hanoi. The event drew the participation of 500 students from universities in the capital city./.
