According to the customs office at Cai Mep port, this is one among 17 containers of steel scrap that the Pomina 2 Steel Company imported to produce steel.
Those containers were transported on Liberia-flagged ship Mark Shenzhen.
The customs office is coordinating with the drug crime investigation division of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Police in investigation.-VNA
