The 15th National Assembly will focus on law building during its second online working week from October 25-30, as part of its ongoing second session.

Hanoi (VNA) – The 15th National Assembly will focus on law building during its second online workingweek from October 25-30, as part of its ongoing second session.

Lawmakers will discuss the Law on amendments andsupplements to several articles of the Penal Code, the Law on amendments andsupplements to several articles of the Statistics Law, the Law on MobilePolice, the Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of theIntellectual Property Law, the revised Law on Emulation and Commendation, therevised Law on Cinema and the amended Law on Insurance Business.

Theywill also look into the draft Resolution on several special policies andmechanisms for the development of Hai Phong city and the provinces of Nghe An,Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien-Hue.

Otherson the agenda include social insurance policy enforcement, the use andmanagement of social and health insurance funds 2020, and the implementation ofthe Resolution No.68/2013/QH13 on promoting the implementation of policies and laws related tohealth insurance towards universal health insurance in 2019-2020.

Deputies are also due to listen to reportsexamining the draft plan on economic restructuring for 2021-2025, the draftplan on the use of national land for 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, and the2021-2025 land use plan./.
