PM orders sweeping cuts to business conditions, targets 30% reductions in time, costs

Under prior government resolutions, the PM approved a reform blueprint spanning 14 ministries and ministerial-level agencies. It targets simplification or elimination of 2,051 out of 4,888 administrative procedures, 42% of the total, and streamlining of 2,263 out of 6,974 business conditions, or 32%. Authorities also plan to amend or supplement 466 legal documents to support the changes.

Government streamlines procedures under Ministry of Public Security

According to Decision No. 1891/QD-TTg, the processing time for issuing certificates of eligibility to provide electronic authentication services will be reduced from 46 days to 31 days. Amendments to such certificates will take 27 days instead of 40, while reissuance will be shortened from 3 days to 2 days.
