HCM City (VNA) – The Vietnam International AdvertisingEquipment and Technology Exhibition (VIETAD 2023) kicked off in Ho Chi MinhCity on August 16.

The event is held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centrein District 7 by the Vietnam Advertising Association, the HCM City AdvertisingAssociation, and the Dong Nam Advertising and Commercial Promotion JSC.

Lasting through August 18, it features 300 booths showcasing cutting-edgeadvertising machinery and equipment.

Nguyen Thanh Dao, Chairman of the HCM City Advertising Association, said theadvertising sector is closely connected with a number of economic activitieswhile the technological boom has fueled the development of advertising.

Inthat context, VIETAD has established itself as the biggestadvertising-specialised exhibition in Vietnam and was recognised as an international-standardevent by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI).

It creates a chance for leading experts and suppliers todirectly meet and discuss with one another, and for businesses to stay updatedwith the latest advertising technologies, Dao added./.

First “green lane” durian shipment exported to China

​Under the “green lane” process, quality control begins at the cultivation stage, including soil sampling and monitoring, and continues through harvesting and processing, with traceability labels attached to trees and applied to fruit at the time of picking. It also allows plant quarantine procedures and the issuance of certificates of origin (C/O) directly in the localities where the orchards are located.

Vietnam pushes for deeper auto supply chain ties with RoK
