APAVE launches service on risk control

The APAVE Asia Pacific on Nov. 22 officially launched its new services of aviation and space technology to promote cooperation in risk control in this field in Vietnam.
The APAVE Asia Pacific on Nov. 22 officially launched its new servicesof aviation and space technology to promote cooperation in risk controlin this field in Vietnam.

The APAVE AsiaPacific is a member company of the APAVE Group, which is one of theworld’s leading groups in supervising quality and safety and providingtechnical assistances in the fields of testing, measurement, managementconsultancy and training.

APAVE’s services, whichare supplied by its five member companies, aim to help control latentrisks in businesses for its customers.

According toNguyen Cong Phu, General Director of the APAVE Pacific Asia, hiscompany helped the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam (VAAV), theVietnam Airlines and a number of air ports management corporationsupgrade their management systems in accordance with the ISO 900Standard.

The company also provided training forthe first 10 engineers and specialists of Vietnam Airlines in the fieldof Airbus and Boeing aircrafts maintenance through a training programmeof APAVE in France, Phu said./.

HCM City to use municipal budget for Metro Line No. 2 project

The Metro Line No. 2 project has an estimated investment of nearly 47.9 trillion VND (2 billion USD) and has nearly completed land clearance, at 99.8%. The NA’s Resolution 188 authorises HCM City to develop seven metro lines spanning 355 kilometres over the next decade, with preliminary total investment for the 2025-2035 phase estimated at 40.2 billion USD.
