A majority of the items, manyof which date back to the 12th century, are Vietnamese and Laodecorative and prayer objects in wood, bronze, silver stone andbaked-clay.
Cambodian items include silver bowls, brown-glazed urns, bronze bells and statues of the Buddha from the 13th entury.
Also on display is an array of 19th century metal swords and daggersfrom Malaysia as well as ceramics and bronze relics from otherSoutheast Asian countries including Thailand , Indonesia , Bruneiand the Philippines .
The exhibition will remain open at 2 Nguyen Binh Khiem street in district 1 until December 15.-VNA
