The information was released at a press conference held by the provincial People’s Committee at the Kinh Bac Culture Centre on March 31.
Highlight of the festival will be a ceremony to receive the UNESCO certificate to recognise the Bac Ninh Quan Ho (Love Duet) folksong as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity alongside with seminars, exhibitions of antiques and folk-song singing contests.
Bac Ninh province will also present certificates of recognition of 40 Quan ho artists./.
