billion VND to assist Binh Duong Industrial Investment and Development
Company (Becamex IDC)’s projects.
Under the contract, Maritime Bank will continue funding Becamex IDC’s investment projects in the southern province of Binh Duong, including the 2,000ha Bau Bang industrial park and the 4,300 ha Binh Duong industrial-service-urban complex, which is expected to become the most modern of its kind in Vietnam.
The bank also offered a 700 billion VND credit to a water drainage investment and construction joint stock company, Waseco, for building Waseco Plaza in Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
The complex, covering nearly 14,000 sq.m, will include office space and apartments for lease./.
