Binh Phuoc(VNA) – Twenty-three remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers fallen inCambodia were reburied at the martyrs’ cemetery in the southern province ofBinh Phuoc on July 24.

The event marked the 72nd Vietnam War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27).

Binh Phuoc province has for years paid special attentions to the search andrepatriation of soldiers who sacrificed their lives in Cambodia.

During the second phase of the 2018-2019 dry season, K71 team of the provincialMilitary Command found and brought home 23 remains of fallen soldiersin Cambodia, bringing the total repatriated remains to 66.

So far, over 10,000 remains of fallen soldiers, found inside thecountry and in Cambodia, have been laid to rest in cemeteries in BinhPhuoc.-VNA

The assembly comprises a main bridge structure weighing about 1,400 tonnes and a specialised steel supporting frame weighing around 2,000 tonnes. During testing, about 30 self-propelled modular transporters were used to lift the assembly 40cm off the ground for technical inspections. Sensors and monitoring equipment recorded key parameters.
