Condolences sent to Iran over deadly terror attack

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also sent his sympathy to Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif over the tragedy.
Twenty-five people were killed in a terror attack on a military parade in Ahvaz city on September 22, making it the deadliest attack in Iran in nearly a decade.-VNA
