Hanoi (VNA) - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, who is Chairman of the Steering Committee for Vietnam - China Bilateral Cooperation, on March 12 sent a congratulatory message to Qin Gang, who was appointed as State Councillor at the first session of 14th National People's Congress (NPC) of China.

On the same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also cabled a message of congratulations to State Councillor and Minister of Foreign Affairs Qin Gang./.
