Congratulations to new Speaker of Japanese House of Representatives

Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Vuong Dinh Hue has offered congratulations to Hosoda Hiroyuki on the latter’s election as Speaker of the House of Representatives of Japan.

Hanoi (VNA) – Chairman of the National Assembly (NA) Vuong Dinh Hue has offeredcongratulations to Hosoda Hiroyuki on the latter’s election as Speaker of the Houseof Representatives of Japan.

In his congratulatory letter sent on November 10, Hue noted with pleasure that with common efforts by both sides,the “Extensive Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity in Asia” between Vietnamand Japan has been developing strongly and practically in all aspects.

He expressed his belief that Hosoda will excellentlyfulfill his duty to help Japan continue developing prosperously.

The top legislator stressed thatthe NA of Vietnam and he wish to keep cooperating closely with the Speaker andthe House of Representatives of Japan to help further strengthen the Vietnam-Japanfriendship and cooperation in a comprehensive and sustainable manner, thus matchingboth sides’ interests, meeting their people's aspirations, and contributing toregional and global peace, stability, cooperation, and development.

Hue also voiced his hopeto meet Hosoda soon to discuss the orientations for cooperationbetween the two countries, as well as between the NA and the House of Representatives of Japanin the time ahead./.

Vietnam, Italy agree on new cooperation directions

Both sides agreed to facilitate market access for key export products, and prioritise cooperation in investment attraction and technology transfer in emerging and strategic sectors such as new energy, renewable energy and automation, while continuing to strengthen existing cooperation in textiles, footwear, climate change response, electronics, culture and tourism.
