Da Nang (VNA) – The Da Nang International Firework Festival 2017, concluded inthe central city of Da Nang on June 24 with a spectacular final show by thethree best teams from Italy, Australia and the UK

TheItalian team walked away with the first prize worth 10,000 USD,while the Australian team came second.

Thefestival spanned nearly two months under the theme “Shining with MableMountains” with the participation of eight teams from the UK, Australia,Austria, Switzerland, China, Japan, Italy and host Vietnam.

Besidesthe key part being the five nights of firework displays, the festival featurednumerous activities, such as a street festivalwith nine uniquely designed floats, a cuisine space with over 500 dishesbearing each country’s specific traits as well as other enticing and jubilantevents.

The firework festival was held annually from 2008 until 2013, thenbiennially from 2015. Teams from the US and Italy have won twice, while Canada,China and France each clinched the title once.-VNA
