Efforts made to free fishermen captured by China

The fishermen and their fishing boats from the central provinces ofQuang Binh and Quang Ngai are being detained at Sanya Port , Sanyacity, Hainan province, said the Vietnamese Consulate General inGuangzhou on July 14.

The fishermen, consistingof seven crewmembers of QB 93256 TS boat from Quang Binh and six of QNg94912 TS ship from Quang Ngai, are in good health and provided withnecessities.

Phu Tho: 200kg bomb safely relocated, detonated

According to a report by the Phu Tho Military Command, local residents spotted the bomb on August 31 in the Da River after the river water receded, exposing it beneath mud and soil on the riverbed. The bomb remained intact, including its fuse, and was located about 300m from a residential area.
