officials who have been in Hanoi for the VFF’s seventh national
congress.
Chairman Dam hailed the presence of Cambodian and Laos delegates at the VFF’s congress as a source of encouragement to the VFF and a manifestation of the special friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia and Laos .
The Cambodian official delegation was led by Min Khin, who is a member of the Cambodian People’s Party Central Committee, Minister of Cults and Religious Affairs, and Vice President and Secretary General of the Cambodian Front for National Solidarity and Development.
The Lao delegation was led by Sisavath Keobounphanh - a member of the Political Bureau of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction.
