Receiving the Vietnamese delegation on Oct. 21, Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction, Sisavath Keobounphanh, said the visit represented the special relations and long-lasting comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
He said he hoped the two war veteran’s associations would work to strengthen Vietnam-Laos friendship, contributing to boosting bilateral ties.
Colonel Tao Van Khun expressed his gladness at the development of Laos.
During its stay in Laos, the Vietnamese delegation also plans working sessions with Laos’ war veteran’s association and the Laos-Vietnam Friendship Organisation, and visits to former battlefields./.
