A Polish film festival will be held at the National Cinema Centre in Hanoi from September 19-23.

During the event, five films will be shown, including ‘How to live’, ‘Mr Kuka’s advice’, ‘God’s little village’, ‘Time to die’ and ‘Sweet Rush’.

The festival will give Vietnamese audiences a chance to learn more about Poland, its people and culture. The Polish film industry is regarded as one of the best in Europe and the world, said Lai Van Sinh, the head of Vietnam’s Cinematography Department, under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on September 14 in Hanoi.

Vietnamese film buffs will also have the opportunity to meet with Polish directors and actresses. The tickets are free-of-charge to the public and organisations./.
