Hanoi sets socio-economic development targets for 2025

According to the resolution on Hanoi's 2025 Socio-economic Development Plan, the city aims to achieve a GRDP growth rate of 6.5% or higher in 2025. The per capita GRDP is targeted to reach at least 172.4 million VND. Additionally, investment capital is expected to grow by at least 10.5%, export turnover by 5% or more, and the consumer price index will be kept below 4.5%. By the end of 2025, Hanoi also aims to eliminate poverty entirely.
