The Hanoi Farmers’ Association plans to provide vocational training to 12,500 farmers in 2011.
The target was set at the 9 th conference of the association’s Executive Board in Hanoi on Dec. 29.
The association plans to hold training courses on cultivation, husbandry, bonsai, housework, industrial sewing, carpentry and business.
In 2010, the association held training courses for 8,710 farmers and all the trained farmers got jobs with stable incomes./.
