The two-day course, opened on July 21, comes up with skills to help policemen deal with injuries from traffic accidents or in other incidents as well as techniques to deliver babies.
Colonel Dao Vinh Thang, head of the PC67 Division, said the course contributes to equipping the traffic police with indispensable knowledge and skills to swiftly and effectively assist people in distress.-VNA
