The harshest, 10 years, was given to the head of the ring Nguyen Thi Binh, born in 1961 in northern Bac Giang province.

Theytold the police that since the ring was established in 2012, they hadsuccessfully lured 18 women and sent them to the neighbouring countryillegally.
The same day, the People’s Court ofcentral Quang Nam province also ordered Nguyen Sa Ry, born in 1957 in AnGiang province, to spend 20 years in jail for trafficking women andchildren.-VNA
