At the inauguration ceremony, President Triet spoke highly of outstanding efforts in boosting education by Hau Giang Party Committee, authorities and people over the past year.
He commended the Him Lam Joint Stock Company on its contributions to Hau Giang educational development and called on businesses and investors to further contribute to building welfare projects for the local socio-economic development.
The President also asked the locality to ensure the best educational quality for ethnic minority students.
The 22,000sq.m boarding school, the biggest one in the province and the second of its kind sponsored by the Him Lam JS Company, comprises 70 classrooms. The 75 billion VND school is capable of accommodating around 1,500 students in the 2011-2012 school year.-Enditem
