The Vietnam International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition (MTA 2012) opened in Ho Chi Minh City on July 3.
Jointly organised by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Exhibitions Company (Vietchamexpo) in collaboration with Singapore Exhibition Services, the exhibition has attracted 400 exhibitors from 20 countries and territories across the world.
On display are the latest products and technologies in the field of machine-tools, precision engineering, metalworking technologies and manufacturing solutions.
As part of the event, a number of workshops will also be held.
According to the Director of Vietchamexpo, Bui Thi Thuc Anh, MTA 2012 will provide Vietnamese businesses with the opportunity to acquire the latest global technologies in mechanical manufacturing, promote their products, build new partnerships to increase their competitiveness and boost the development of supporting industries.-VNA
