Heavy rains flood many areas in Hue as Huong River rises above warning level 2

Continuous downpours from November 16–17 inundated several parts of Hue City, including Quang Dien, Kim Tra, and Phong Dien. Meanwhile, floodwaters on the Huong River at Kim Long rose to 2.64 meters — about 0.64 meters above warning level 2 — causing riverside flooding and affecting the city center.
