SPD delegation head Achim Post, head of the SPD’s InternationalPolitics Department spoke highly of the establishment of a strategicpartnership between the two countries.

He affirmed thatthe SPD, as an important party in Germany ’s political arena, willcontinue to boost a long-term and sustainable relationship with theCommunist Party of Vietnam.

Huynh, director of the CPVCentral Committee’s Populatisation and Education Commission, expressedhis joy at the positive progress in the Vietnam-Germany relationship aswell as the relationship between the CPV and SPD.

He saidVietnam attached importance to its strategic partnership withGermany and expressed his wish for further exchanges between the twocountries.

He said the two countries should make the mostof their first theoretical dialogue on the topic of sustainabledevelopment and prepare for the second on human resources developmentand renewable energies slated to take place in Germany this year.

Earlier, the SPD delegation held talks with the CPV Central Committee’sCommission for External Relations and working sessions with the CentralTheoretical Council, and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’sCentral Committee.-VNA
