The Facility for Infrastructure Development (ORIO) of the Netherlands will help the southern province of Binh Duong build a waste water treatment plant worth about 35 million EUR.
Half of the investment will be provided by the Dutch side while the remaining will come from the province’s budget.
At a meeting on March 2 with Tim Van Galen, representative advisor of ORIO’s ODA support programme, Vice Chairman of Binh Duong’s People Committee Tran Thanh Liem said that the province always attach much importance to ODA sources, especially those from the Dutch Government.
ODA has helped the locality in infrastructure development and environmental protection, he added.
The plant is expected to treat the sewage of 10,000 households in Di An town.-VNA
