Hong Kong Express Airways (HK Express) on April 28 launched a direct air route linking Hong Kong (China) with Vietnam via Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport.

Hanoi (VNA) - Hong Kong Express Airways (HKExpress) on April 28 launched a direct air route linking Hong Kong (China) with Vietnam via Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport.

The first flight, coded UO550, landed at Noi BaiInternational Airport at 09:01am on the same day.

The low-cost airline operates a round-trip flight, usingAirbus A320, with the flight time of around two hours.

This is the third international airline in 2023 to open anew regular route to Hanoi, after Starlux Airlines of China’s Taiwan and XiamenAirlines of China, bringing the total number of international and domesticairlines operating at the Noi Bai airport to 53.

With the opening of this new route, Hanoi becomes one of the 29attractive and safe destinations of HK Express./.
