Popular Vietnamese singer Thanh Ngoc took second prize in the folk song category, along with Kat Arrogado from the Phillippines and Shazroul from Malaysia for their pop songs.
Van Sotheary from Cambodia and Phoungeune Bouathong from Laos also won prizes for being the most friendly contestants.
Vietnamese singer Duc Tuan also won a prize for being the most popular and stylish contestant.
The 18 other contestants were from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore and Vietnam./.
