Care the People, an Italian nongovernmental organistion operating on health care and education, on January 18 handed over scholarships to 92 disadvantaged students in the central city of Da Nang.
Five students received 5 million VND each while the remaining 87 were awarded 50,000 VND scholarships.
The organisation’s representative, David Robinson, said that over 700 scholarships, valued at more than 1 billion VND will be granted to students in Da Nang city this year, the seventh year Care the People operates here./.
