An agreement to this effect was signed in the capital city of Hanoi on Dec. 7 between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
JICA is currently supporting Vietnam ’s forestry development by providing technical assistance, non-refundable aid and loans to the country’s projects covering afforestation, sustainable forest management and conservation of nature reserves./.
