NTT Solmare Corporation on August 5 signed a deal for providing digital Japanese Manga contents on mobile devices in Vietnam.
Manga in Japanese means comic and print cartoons.
The deal grants the Tinhvan group of Vietnam domestic monopoly rights to distribute the products of Japan’s leading mobile Manga site provider.
Products provided by the NTT Solmare Corporation include Japan’s popular comics and print cartoons now available on mobile devices, which are digitalised to adapt themselves to Celsys technology.
All the products provided by the NTT Somare Corporation will be translated into Vietnamese by the Tinhvan group.
NTT Somare President Hiroki Oohashi said Southeast Asia is a market of dynamic growth and great potential. He said the deal on strategic cooperation with the Tinhvan Group would make Japanese digital comics and cartoons available in Vietnam as soon as possible and they would be warmly welcomed by Vietnamese mobile device users.
The service might be new in Vietnam but would help change the customs and habits of Vietnamese people and build a bridge of culture between Vietnam and Japan, said the Japanese tycoon.
NTT Solamare’s services are now available in 30 countries./.
