Korean Culture Day takes place in Da Lat city

Lam Dong (VNA) - Korean art troupes will perform at the Korean Culture Dayheld in Da Lat city in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong on October 26.

The art troupes include the Pyung Ryu-In percussion troupe; 20th CenturyB-boy; traditional Inpungnyu troupe and Dong-A University’s Taekwondo troupe.

The Pyung Ryu-In percussiontroupe was established in 2009 by musicians who graduated from Korea NationalUniversity of Art. 

The troupe’s repertoire combinestraditional and contemporary music.

The performances will begin at7pm at Lam Vien Square.

The Korean Culture Day is co-heldby the Korean Culture Centre; Korean Tourism Organisation and KoreaAgro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and Lam Dong province.

Coming to the event, people willenjoy food, try to make Korean handicrafts withtraditional hanji paper and learn about Korean travel./.

Shakyamuni Buddha relics enshrined at Hanoi's Quan Su Pagoda

The relics will be open for public worship and veneration at Hanoi-based Quan Su Pagoda from 6 am to 9 pm from May 14-16. They will then be transferred to Tam Chuc Pagoda in the northern province of Ha Nam from May 17-21, before being returned to India.

Golf tournament marks 50 years of Vietnam–Germany ties
