Lao youths to come for friendship exchange
A friendship exchange programme between Vietnamese and Lao youths will
be organised in the capital city of Hanoi, northern Son La and Tuyen
Quang provinces and central Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces from July
15-22.

This is part of a cooperation agreement from 2012 to 2017 between the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and the Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union Central Committee.
Participants will join in such activities as exchanges with youths of the Vietnam National Oil & Gas Group and the Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Group, and visit several museums, historical and cultural sites.
These aim to enhance mutual understanding between the youths as well as highlight their responsibility in preserving and reinforcing the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Laos.-VNA
