Hanoi (VNA)
– Legislators will debatethe implementation of the socio-economic development plan and State budget in2020 during their working session on November 3.

They will also look into the socio-economicdevelopment plan, State budget estimate and central budget allocation plan for2021, along with the implementation of the National Assembly’s resolutions on2016-2020 plans covering socio-economic development, economic restructuring,national finance, and mid-term investment.

Resolution No. 100/2015/QH13 ratifying theinvestment plan of national target programmes for the 2016-2020 period willalso be tabled for discussion.

Other issues to be discussed on the day includemajor targets, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development; the nationaltarget programme on new-style rural area building and sustainable povertyreduction; and plans on mid-term public investment and national finance for2021-2025.

The working session will be broadcast live by theVoice of Vietnam, the Vietnam Television and the National Assembly channel.

In the afternoon, the deputies will work on therelief of Pham Phu Quoc from the post of NA deputy of Ho Chi Minh City./.

Cao Bang urged to create best conditions for voters during election

As of January 30, all communes and wards in Cao Bang had established 566 constituencies and 566 election teams with 8,976 members to serve the election. On February 16, the provincial Election Committee issued a resolution announcing the official list of 13 candidates for the 16th NA in three constituencies, and 84 candidates for the provincial People’s Council for the 2026–2031 term in 16 constituencies.
