- The 13th Party Central Committee’s session concluded in Hanoi on November 25 with consensus reached on a number of critical issues.
Outlining major outcomes of the session, General Secretary To Lam said that the Committee agreed on understanding and determination to carry out the summarisation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW issued by the 12th Party Central Committee on October 25, 2017, regarding the continued reform and streamlining of the political system to ensure effective and efficient operations, along with a number of guidelines for Party committees and organisations as well as agencies, enabling them to give proposals on further streamlining the political system. - Party General Secretary To Lam received visiting Bulgarian President Rumen Radev in Hanoi on November 25 afternoon.
Welcoming Radev on his official visit to Vietnam as the two countries are preparing to celebrate the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations in 2025, Lam congratulated Bulgaria on its achievements in economic development, and regional and international integration. Read full story
- Party General Secretary To Lam led a discussion on the topic of "A New Era of Development - The Era of Vietnam's Rise" at the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics in Hanoi on November 25.

Hailing the Bulgarian President’s visit on the threshold of the 75th founding anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations in 2025, Cuong affirmed Vietnam's commitment to strengthening cooperation with Bulgaria, a key partner in Central and Eastern Europe.
