-Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 29 inspected Hoa Binh’s implementation of a nationwide movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025, as part of his working visit to the northern mountainous province.
Nguyen Phi Long, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, reported that in response to the PM's call for this movement, Hoa Binh has devised a plan to remove 3,200 ramshackle houses.
