NA Chairwoman to visit Russia, Belarus

National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan will pay official visits to Russia from December 8-12 and Belarus from December 12-14, according to a communique of the Committee for Foreign Affairs of the legislature.

Hanoi (VNA) – National Assembly ChairwomanNguyen Thi Kim Ngan will pay official visits to Russia from December 8-12 andBelarus from December 12-14, according to a communique of the Committee forForeign Affairs of the legislature.

The visits are to be made at the invitations of ValentinaMatvienko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia; Vyacheslav Volodin,Chairman of the State Duma of Russia; Mikhail Myasnikovich, Speaker of theCouncil of the Republic of Belarus; and Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of theHouse of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus./.

Cao Bang urged to create best conditions for voters during election

As of January 30, all communes and wards in Cao Bang had established 566 constituencies and 566 election teams with 8,976 members to serve the election. On February 16, the provincial Election Committee issued a resolution announcing the official list of 13 candidates for the 16th NA in three constituencies, and 84 candidates for the provincial People’s Council for the 2026–2031 term in 16 constituencies.
