Finance Minister Dinh Tien Dung presented reports on the implementation of the State budget estimates in 2013, the State budget estimates and central budget allocation in 2014 on the National Assembly’s third working day on October 23, according to the NA’s press release at the end of the day.
Chairman of the NA Committee for Finance and Budget Phung Quoc Hien reported on the verification of the implementation of the 2013 State budget estimates and the State budget estimates and central budget allocation in 2014.
The NA deputies also listened to a report summarising the three-year implementation of national target programmes for the 2011-2015 period presented by Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh.
Minister Vinh also presented a plan on issuing the supplementary Government bonds in the 2014-2016 period.
Chairman of the NA Committee for Finance and Budget Phung Quoc Hien delivered reports verifying the two above-mentioned documents.
Earlier in the day, the deputies discussed in groups the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution and the draft resolution on the implementation of the 1992 Constitution (revised in 2013).
On October 24, the deputies will discuss in group the outcomes of the implementation of the 2013 socio-economic development plan, the 2014 socio-economic development plan; the implementation of the 2011-2015 socio-economic development plan and orientations to implement the socio-economic targets by 2015.
On October 25, the NA will work in group to scrutinise the implementation of the state budget estimates in 2013, the State budget estimates and central budget allocation in 2014, the three-year implementation of national target programmes in the 2011-2015 period and the plan to issue Government bonds in the 2014-2016 period in the morning.
In the afternoon, the NA will hold a plenary session to discuss further the draft Law on the supplement to and amendment of a number of articles of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting.-VNA
